Milly graduated from the Olds College Animal Health Technology program in October 2022 and joined our team shortly after completing her practicum with us.
She returned to Canada after several years abroad in Australia and Brazil, where she worked as a professional cook. Upon returning, she decided to switch careers entirely and follow her dream of helping animals by becoming an RVT.
Milly is passionate about all animals and wants to help as many species as possible by building a career focused on small animals, exotics, and wildlife. She is naturally curious and looks forward to a fulfilling career with the opportunity to continuously obtain new knowledge and skills that can be put toward the ultimate goal of animal health and welfare.
During her time off, Milly loves to be outside in nature, enjoying hiking, climbing, gymnastics, and traveling. She also likes to cozy up inside with a good book, movie, or game with her husband, their cat Bandit, and uromastyx lizard Zion.
